Founded by a Black Hills State University alumn, we’re locally owned and committed to our community. We’ve spent several years working in home care and human resources — supporting caregivers, assisting families, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth care behind the scenes. That background shaped the way I approach this work today. I understand how important it is to provide dependable support, clear communication, and caregivers who truly care.
But Dakota Care wasn’t built from experience alone — it was built from heart. I started this agency because I believe families deserve a home care partner who listens, who shows up, and who treats every client with the same compassion they would want for their own family.
